This X12 Transaction Set contains the format and establishes the data contents of the Commodity Movement Services Transaction Set (873) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This standard can be used to convey request and response information for commodity movement services. This transaction is not to be used for product sales or purchases.
