This Draft Standard for Trial Use contains the format and establishes the data contents of the Response to a Motor Carrier Rate Proposal Transaction Set (108) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This transaction set can be used by a shipper, receiver, or other relevant party to respond to a motor carrier's rate and service proposal.
