This Draft Standard for Trial Use contains the format and establishes the data contents of the Intermodal Ramp Activity Transaction Set (622) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. The transaction set can be used to transmit specific intermodal ramp facility activities to consignors and other carriers or shippers' agents, when the activity takes place. This activity includes in-gate, out-gate, ramp, and de-ramp.
