This Draft Standard for Trial Use contains the format and estblishes the data contents of the Rate Group Definition Transaction Set (490) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. The transaction set can be used to define and name a group of elements (patron, geography, commodity, shipment conditions) pertinent to a tariff.
