This Draft Standard for Trial Use contains the format and establishes the data contents of the Election Campaign and Lobbyist Reporting Transaction Set (113) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment. This Bi-directional transaction set can be used by candidates, candidate committees, party committees, political action groups, lobbyists and other entities to exchange disclosure data.
