TPFREP Terminal performance

The Terminal performance message is a message to transmit information relating to the operations carried out by terminal operators such as the loading, discharging and rehandling of containers and/or roll on/roll off items, hatch covers etc.

  1. A service segment starting and uniquely identifying a message. The message type code for the Terminal performance message is TPFREP. Note: Terminal performance messages conforming to this document must contain the following data in segment UNH, composite S009: Data element 0065 TPFREP 0052 D 0054 21A 0051 UN

    1. Data element S009/0057 is retained for upward compatibility. The use of
    S016 and/or S017 is encouraged in preference.
    2. The combination of the values carried in data elements 0062 and S009 shall
    be used to identify uniquely the message within its group (if used) or if
    not used, within its interchange, for the purpose of acknowledgement.
  2. A segment to indicate the beginning of the message by identifying the message by a message number.

  3. A segment to identify a date and time on which the message is sent.

  4. A segment to specify free text with prior agreement under request of recipients.

      3. A segment to specify the number of lifts performed for cargo operation during the indicated date/time/period.

    1. A segment to specify name and address of a container operator or a terminal operator.

    2. Segment group 5

      1. A segment to specify the type & size of the equipment operated.

      2. Segment group 6

        1. A segment to specify the amount of equipment operated by a terminal operator.

        2. A segment to specify the amount of equipment given in the preceding QTY segment.

  8. A service segment ending a message, giving the total number of segments in the message (including the UNH & UNT) and the control reference number of the message.
