This Draft Standard for Trial Use contains the format and establishes the data content of the Price Authorization Acknowledgment/Status Transaction Set (845) for use within the context of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) environment.
The transaction set can be used by a vendor or manufacturer to transmit specific data relative to the status of or changes to outstanding price authorizations.
