R1203 is the equipment number of the equipment serviced on the work order.
Reference information as defined for a particular Transaction Set or as specified by the Reference Identification Qualifier
R1204 is the work order number.
Date expressed as CCYYMMDD where CC represents the first two digits of the calendar year
R1205 is the repair date.

R1206 is the location at which the work order was performed. Standard Point Location Code is preferred.

P0809: If either R12-08 or R12-09 is present, then the other is required
R1208 is the equipment initial of the associated equipment.
