Code identifying the Standard Carrier Alpha Code
ISC01 is the Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) of the carrier corresponding to the event.
Code specifying the Standard Point Location code defined by National Motor Freight Tariff Association (NMFTA) or the Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) point development group as the official code assigned to a city or point (for ratemaking purposes) within a city
ISC02 is the Standard Point Location Code corresponding to an event location.
Code identifying the event about which a report is made
Code indicating the date format, time format, or date and time format
P0405: If either ISC-04 or ISC-05 is present, then the other is required
Expression of a date, a time, or range of dates, times or dates and times
ISC05 is the service commitment date for committed interchanges and arrivals.
Time expressed in 24-hour clock time as follows: HHMM, or HHMMSS, or HHMMSSD, or HHMMSSDD, where H = hours (00-23), M = minutes (00-59), S = integer seconds (00-59) and DD = decimal seconds; decimal seconds are expressed as follows: D = tenths (0-9) and DD = hundredths (00-99)
ISC06 is the cutoff time for the event with the open window time specified in ISC05 (HHMM 24-hour clock).

ISC07 is the relative number of days after the start of trip date and is only used when communicating a commitment.
