Date expressed as CCYYMMDD where CC represents the first two digits of the calendar year

DR01 indicates the expiration date.

A grouping identification which, when combined with elements 140 and 690, provides a unique identity to a parcel of ratemaking activity

A sequence number which, when combined with elements 140 and 697, provides a unique identity to a parcel of ratemaking activity

DR04 indicates an actual docket when DR06 is blank; otherwise DR04 indicates the low value of a range and DR06 the high value.
