Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response
X420 is a 'Hold' message resend indicator. A 'Y' value indicates the active HOLD is being resent due to a Port of Discharge or Vessel Name being changed or amended. An 'N' value indicates there was no Port of Discharge or Vessel Name changed or amended to cause the active HOLD to be resent.
