Date expressed as CCYYMMDD where CC represents the first two digits of the calendar year
If CSD01 is code "SI", then CSD05 is the date the carrier picked up the shipment from the shipper.
If CSD01 is code "HAN", then CSD05 is the date the shipment delivered to the consolidator.
If CSD01 is code "LHS", then CSD05 is the date the carrier picked up the shipment from the consolidator.
Date expressed as CCYYMMDD where CC represents the first two digits of the calendar year
If CSD01 is code "SI", then CSD06 is the date the carrier delivered the shipment to the consolidator.
If CSD01 is code "HAN", then CSD06 is the date the carrier picked up the shipment from the consolidator.

For a line item: freight or special charge; for the total invoice: the total charges -- expressed in the standard monetary denomination for the currency specified
CSD07 are the total charges related to the reference number in CSD03.

CSD08 is the Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) of the carrier providing the service referenced in CSD01.

CSD09 is a unique control number assigned and controlled by the original shipper to identify a specific shipment.

C1005: If CSD-10 is present, then CSD-05 is required
