SUM03 indicates if this is a summary for entire record up to that point in time. A "Y" indicates that this is a cumulative summary of the academic record up to that point; an "N" indicates that this is not a cumulative summary, but is a session.

C0401: If SUM-04 is present, then SUM-01 is required
SUM04 refers to credits used to compute grade point average.
