1	Academic Record Placement of the student in the class or program was based on the student's academic course work performance
2	Behavioral Performance Placement of the student in the class or program was based on the student's demeanor or conduct
3	Physical Condition Placement of the student in the class or program was based on the student's health status
4	Test Scores Placement of the student in the class or program was based on the student's performance on standardized or other types of tests
5	Age Placement of the student in the classroom or program was determined by the student's age
6	Limited English Proficiency (LEP) Placement of the student in the class or program was based on an assessment of the student's English proficiency which indicated that language assistance was needed
7	Family Background Placement in the program or class was based on characteristics of the student's family and/or socioeconomic background that could negatively affect the student's ability to succeed
