P0102: If either RC-01 or RC-02 is present, then the other is required

RC08 can be used to describe a root cause condition. It may be used only in conjunction with either RC06 or RC07.
Code indicating a Yes or No condition or response.
RC09 refers to whether a part was repaired or replaced. A "Y" indicates it was repaired. A "N" indicates it was replaced.
