Code indicating how a specific segment's statement of a rate restriction is evaluated, and its relationship to rate restrictions stated within other segments of the same segment definition. This is a three-part code constructed as follows: position one valid codes are ``P'' or ``M''; position two valid codes are A, O, or I; position three may be any alphanumeric character for grouping.
