BA02 SPLC code is the interchange location code.
Date (YYMMDD).
BA03 is the estimated interchange date.
Time expressed in 24-hour clock time as follows: HHMM, or HHMMSS, or HHMMSSD, or HHMMSSDD, where H = hours (00-23), M = minutes (00-59), S = integer seconds (00-59) and DD = decimal seconds; decimal seconds are expressed as follows: D = tenths (0-9) and DD = hundredths (00-99)
BA04 is the estimated interchange time.
Train identification (free-form).
BA05 Interchange Train ID is used to identify the train ID or interchange cut.

BA06 SPLC Code is the current train location and is mandatory if BA09 equals ``T.''
