BA02 SPLC code is the interchange location code.
Date (YYMMDD).
BA03 is the Estimated Interchange Date.
Time expressed in 24-hour clock time (HHMMSS) (Time range: 000000 through 235959)
BA04 is the Estimated Interchange Time.
Train identification (free-form).
BA05 Interchange Train ID is used to identify the train ID or interchange cut.
Code (Standard Point Location) defined by NMFTA point development group as the official code assigned to a city or point (for ratemaking purposes) within a city.
BA06 SPLC Code is the current train location and is mandatory if BA09 equals "T".
Date (YYMMDD).
BA07 is the Event Date.

BA08 is the Event Time.
Code indicating the type of consist.
