Code (Universal Product Code - UPC) identifying the retail shelf unit.
Consists of 2 high order digits identifying the system (U.S. Grocery = 00, 06 or 07, U.S. Drug = 03). The next ten digits are manufacturer ID: 5, Item ID: 5.
Either ID101 or ID102 is required.
Code identifying the type/source of the descriptive number used in Product/Service ID (234).
If either ID102 or ID103 is present, then the other is required.
Identifying number for a product or service.
Free-form descriptive text.
Size of supplier units in pack.
Code identifying the basic unit of measurement.
Vertical dimension of an object measured when the object is in the upright position.
Shorter measurement of the two horizontal dimensions measured with the object in the upright position.
The depth is the thickness of the product. In the dimension coordinate axes represented by X, Y and Z, depth is measured along the Z axis where X is the horizontal axis and Y is the vertical axis.
Code identifying the basic unit of measurement.
Numeric value of weight.
If either ID111 or ID112 is present, then the other is required.
Code identifying the basic unit of measurement.
Code specifying whose coding system is being used for category and subcategory.
If either ID113 or ID114 is present, then the other is required.
An alphanumeric identifier to represent the category to which the item belongs.

ID116 is the package type.
Number of inner pack units per outer pack unit.
The number of consumer selling units that are included in the vendor inner pack.
Code specifying type of date.
If either ID119 or ID120 is present, then the other is required.
Date (YYMMDD).
Code indicating orientation of exposure.
If either ID121, ID122 or ID123 is present, then the others are required.
The amount of distance that one product fits into (or nests within) another product.

Code indicating how the vertical or height distance is measured for peg hole items.

ID125 unit of measure modifies ID126 through ID134 inclusive.

ID126, ID129, and ID132 contain the peg hole number. The unique peg hole numbers are 1, 2 or 3 counting from the upper left corner of the front of the package to the bottom right corner of the front (left to right, top to bottom, as you read).
If either ID126, ID127, or ID128 is present, then the others are required.
Horizontal distance from the edge to the center of the peg hole (measured from the left)
If ID126 is present, then ID125 is required.
The vertical distance from the edge to the center of the peg hole as specified by the peg code.
