Code uniquely identifying a Transaction Set.
Due to the installation of the "ST" segment in all transaction sets, data element 143 in all of the "B" segments is redundant. DE143 will be retained as an optional data element for a period of adjustment. It is suggested that DE143 not be transmitted so it may be dropped from segment definitions in the future.
Code (Standard Point Location) defined by NMFTA point development group as the official code assigned to a city or point (for ratemaking purposes) within a city.
BA02 SPLC code is the interchange location code.
Estimated date when interchange will take place.
BA03 Estimated Interchange Date and BA04 Estimated Interchange Time are the projected date and time and are mandatory if BA09 equals "Y" or "S".
Estimated time (HHMM) when interchange will take place.
Train identification (free-form).
BA05 Interchange Train ID is used to identify the train ID or interchange cut.

Code indicating the type of consist.
BA09 Type of Consist is the consist identification.
