The initial of the equipment being interchanged. For vans without any initial use NONZ. For containers without any initial use NONU.
If either W209 or W210 is present, then the other is required.

W211 (when available) is the chassis initial if W204 equals "CC". If unknown, use NON2 for chassis initial.
